Jaguar X-Type Sport 2.0 Diesel, 2007. Presented in beautiful Liquid metallic silver. Both paint and bodywork are in very good condition for its age. However there are some small blemishes. This X-Type sport model has a 5 speed manual transmission, ( a new clutch kit was fitted less than 8000 miles ago. ) It has sports suspension giving precise and responsive handling. The exterior boasts a body coloured grill surround with bright mesh grill. Body coloured rear boot spoiler, a full width chrome boot lid plinth. Being a sport model the remaining, would be chrome, has been dechromed. The windows are legal factory tinted which compliments the black window surrounds, and the 18" Aruba alloy wheels finish the exterior styling. Internally, when opening the front doors you notice the chrome 'Jaguar' embossed tread plates. When sat inside on the leather / cloth variable heated front sports seats, you get an immediate feel of firmness and comfort. The front seats having 4/2 electric adjustment. The rear seat has a fold away centre arm rest. In the driving seatall the main controls are within easy reach. Electric operated power folding door mirror switch, and all four electric window switches are mounted in the drivers door panel. Rake and reach for the 4 spoke leather sports steering wheel is manually adjusted, controls for the audio system are mounted to the steering wheel at finger tip reach. Located to the centre dash, heated seats, air con, audio ( single slot C/D ) quick demist etc switch gear can be found. Between the two front seats is a centre storage box. The dashboard and door panels are black with gorgeous piano black veneers. This X-Type's driving technology features are, but not limited too :- Perimeter security system, Drive away locking, ( two stage ) Traction control, Variable ratio power steering, Dynamic stability control and rear parking aid. I have bought and sold this Jaguar X-Type for the third time over a period of many years. I first took it in part exchange for a regular customer ( we had maintained it for him for several years ) Impressed with the Jaguar we kept and used it for a few years. Then selling it to a retired gentleman who part exchanged back to us after two years, we then sold it to a lady whom owned it for approximately five years before part exchanging it with us recently. I have currently used and travelled approximately 500 enjoyable miles in it. Returning approximately 50MPG. It is still luxurious to drive with no squeaks or rattles.
